An organization may nominate one volunteer that has had an impact on your organization - complete the nomination form below for your volunteer to be considered by our committee.

Keep in mind that the person you are nominating may be a volunteer with other organizations. Please take the time to chat with your nominee and ask for all their volunteer experiences with other organizations so we may fully honor their contributions to our community.
